I located your company on line and was impressed with the explanations and information you provided on your website. I proceeded because of your dustless system for refinishing hardwood floors. It then went from good to even better.
Your quote was significantly better than others that I received, and the other companies doubted your claim that it could be 99.5% dust free. I was told that it was unlikely that certain areas of my well-worn floor could be repaired and would have to be cut out and replaced with new boards.
The job was completed in 3 days, as you had said and when you said, and true to your word, there was no dust, no mess, no clean up. The problem area looked as good as new, without being cut out! I also really appreciated you coming in on a Saturday of the long weekend to complete the job rather than us waiting til the following Tuesday.
